All prices are listed in USD. Sponsors receive goods and services in exchange for their support. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax deductibility of your sponsorship.

Virtual expo booths are an opportunity for organizations to showcase their products, services, events, and campaigns, with either pre-recorded videos, slideshows, and/or a live videostream session in the booth. Booths include the option for live chat and live videostreaming to interact with conference participants. Booths can also include website and social media links, as well as either a Register interest button (sends attendee emails to the booth vendor on click) or Link to website button (opens any website or external resource for downloading more content from the vendor).

Sponsor booths come in 4 different sizes: mini, small, medium, and large. The larger the booth, the more prominent it is in the expo area. All 4 booth sizes (mini, small, medium, and large) include a vendor logo, which should be 1080x1080px. Additionally, small, medium, and large booths display a banner image, which should be sized according to the following. All images (logos and banners) should be no larger than 2MB and should be .png, .jpeg, or .jpg file extensions. Important information should be center-aligned.

  • Small booth: 1500x1000px banner image
  • Medium booth: 1500x750px banner image
  • Large booth: 2000x500px banner image

Program Ad Specs: The event program will be a high-resolution color PDF that all conference attendees receive. Ads should be sized according to the dimensions below:

  • 1/4 page (2.5″ across x 4″ high)
  • 1/2 page (5″ across x 4″ high)
  • Full page (5″ across x 8″ high)

Bronze, Silver, and Gold Level Listings on Hopin: Sponsors who meet these criteria should provide an organizational logo sized 1000x400px no larger than 2MB. File types should be .png, .jpeg, or .jpg file extensions.

Carousel Ad for $5,000+ Sponsors: High-resolution color image sized 600px wide x 300px high. This image will appear on a carousel on World BEYOND War’s main homepage at worldbeyondwar.org. Contact us for details on configuring the design placement for the carousel.
